Summer 2026 Tuition and Fee Due Dates<\/h2>\n

Registration cancellation for non‐payment is a process by which the university reviews all outstanding accounts to ensure minimum financial requirements have been met. Classes will be dropped on May 22nd for not meeting one of the Financial Requirements below.<\/p>\n

Do not assume that your classes will be dropped. It is the student’s responsibility to drop classes if you do not plan to attend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students are responsible for watching their account on e-Services and making certain everything is paid in full.<\/p>\n

One of the following Financial Requirements<\/strong> must be met by May 15, 2026 or your classes will be dropped for nonpayment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. You have applied for Federal Financial Aid and the university has received<\/strong> & processed <\/strong>the FAFSA from the U.S. Department of Education. **A Summer application may be required – see Financial Aid<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. You have made a minimum down payment to tuition and fees of 15% or $300, whichever is less.<\/li>\n
  3. You have a scholarship or third party award that meets the minimum down payment amount.<\/li>\n
  4. You have set up a Nelnet Payment Plan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Summer 2026 Payment Deadline<\/h3>\n

    All student bills for 1st & 2nd Sessions must be paid in full on June 23, 2026. Charges for 3rd Session & registration after June 17 are due in full on July 31st, 2026.<\/p>\n

    See MinnState policy<\/i><\/a> for further details. Registration holds, late fees and drop for nonpayment can occur if payments are not made within the structure of this plan.<\/p>\n

    Total Withdrawal and Refunds — Summer<\/h3>\n

    Note there are many class dates for summer term. Students have the first 5 days of 1st summer session to drop courses without charge. Students have the following 5 business days to completely withdraw from the term to receive a 50% reduction of tuition\/fees.<\/p>\n

    For any courses beginning after the first week of the term (Summer Sessions 2 & 3), students have 1 business day following the 1st day of the course to drop course(s) without charge.<\/p>\n

    Summer sessions and other terms at least three weeks but less than ten weeks in length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
