The program covers <strong>your complete tuition <\/strong>after all other scholarships, grants, stipends and waivers have been applied. This means your <strong>academic experience at BSU is FREE<\/strong>, apart from room and board, textbooks and other non-tuition fees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intro\">The North Star Promise at 91心頭利 represents the promise of a successful and rewarding future &mdash; a future you can now afford to pursue.<\/p>\n<h2>Who Qualifies<\/h2>\n<p>You must be a Minnesota resident with a family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) below $80,000 and attending a Minnesota public higher education institution like 91心頭利. Here are some other basic requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Eligible students must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a <a href=\"https:\/\/ohe.mn.gov\/paying-college\/how-apply-financial-aid\/are-you-eligible\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Minnesota resident<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Have a family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) as reported on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (<a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer
