C. Clark Library extends limited borrowing and computing privileges to residents of the Bemidji area, post-secondary students and staff and other visitors to BSU.<\/p>\n<p><em>Adopted May 2010; Revised December 2025.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The A. C. Clark Library at 91心頭利 is a public facility with an educational, research and service mission. Consistent with this mission and 91心頭利&rsquo;s mission, the Library extends privileges to community users, namely, post-secondary students and staff, residents of the Bemidji area and other visitors to BSU, primarily for the purposes of accessing the Library&rsquo;s catalog and research databases. <em>Access to the A.C. Clark Library community use computers is not meant to replace computer services provided by area public libraries.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Therefore, computer access for community users is available on a limited number of specific computer stations, identified and referred to as being &ldquo;community use,&rdquo; within the A. C. Clark Library building.<\/li>\n<li>Access is limited to two hours. The session may be timed and users will be asked to log off if they exceed the two-hour limit. If you require extended computer time, or need access over multiple days, please ask at the library&rsquo;s main desk to see if your library research needs can be met.<\/li>\n<li>Public printing and photocopying is not available.<\/li>\n<li>Persons <em>over<\/em> the age of 15 may use the A. C. Clark Library community accessible computers unattended by an adult.<\/li>\n<li>Persons <em>under<\/em> the age of 15 who wish to use a community accessible computer must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult 18 years or older.<\/li>\n<li>Users of &ldquo;Community Use&rdquo; computers are subject to all Minnesota State policies (including<a href=\"http:\/\/www.minnstate.edu\/board\/policy\/522.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong> Minnesota State Acceptable Use of Computers and Information Technology Resources Policy 5.22<\/strong><i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a> and its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minnstate.edu\/board\/procedure\/522p1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>implementing Procedure 5.22.1<\/strong><i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a>, as well as campus policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The A.
