{"id":21,"date":"2015-01-26T18:49:29","date_gmt":"2015-01-27T00:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/conferences\/sscac\/?page_id=21"},"modified":"2026-02-18T12:36:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T18:36:56","slug":"student-proposals","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/conferences\/sac\/student-proposals\/","title":{"rendered":"Submit Your Proposal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Student Achievement Conference Participation<\/h2>\n<p>Students can participate in one or more of the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Giving an oral <strong>presentation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Presenting a <strong>poster<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Being part of a <strong>panel discussion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Giving a <strong>creative performance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students who wish to participate in the Student Achievement conference will need to submit a proposal online. A BSU faculty or staff sponsor must approve the proposal before it can be reviewed for inclusion in the conference. Students should <strong>contact the faculty or staff sponsor before submitting their proposal<\/strong>. As soon as the student has submitted the proposal, the sponsor will be notified via email.<\/p>\n<p>When submitting a proposal a brief title and a minimum of 100 word and maximum of a 200-word abstract is allowed. Give thought to these before beginning your proposal.<\/p>\n<p>The submission system allows for groups of up to 30 students to be involved in the same proposal. The group should <strong>select one student to be the applicant who will submit the proposa<\/strong><strong>l<\/strong> and add the others as participants.<\/p>\n<p>Any special equipment needs can be specified in the submission system.<\/p>\n<h2>Submissions<\/h2>\n<p>Submission open till <b>March 6th, 2026 @11:59 PM <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sorry.
